The Eighth Jamaica Fiber Festival is again slotted for the third Saturday in May, this year May 21, 2011 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm in Jamaica Village. Rain or shine, but thankfully we'll all be inside. The Jamaica Town Hall will be filled with fiber-related vendors, selling their work and demonstrating their crafts. Kami from Snow Angel Alpacas will bring some of her beloved alpacas for you to meet, too! You may also remember Ruth from Sunrise Hill Angoras who spins angora yarn right from her bunny. She's returning with her soft fluffy rabbit friends (maybe some for sale, too). I'll continue posting vendors and links here as they commit to participation. Margie's Muse gets to be a vendor this year, too!! Can't wait!
